How it works
How sourcing becomes procurement
A sourcing request is where we find and confirm the right product. When it is complete, you can turn it into a paid procurement with one click.
Step 1: Describe what you need
Create a sourcing request with descriptions, images, documents and links. Choose a shipping preference and whether you want repackaging or rebranding. Save it as a draft until you are ready.
Step 2: Submit with the sourcing fee
Paying the sourcing fee submits your request to our team. You will see its status at every step: Pending, In progress, then Completed.
Step 3: We research and report back
We look for suppliers and share findings — photos, documents and notes — in the request's conversation. You can reply and add details while we work.
Step 4: Begin procurement
On a completed request, choose Begin Procurement and tell us the quantity, notes and any handling instructions. We review it and send you a single payment request.
Step 5: We verify, inspect, order and ship
Once payment is confirmed we verify supply, carry out quality control, place the order and ship. Each stage is shown on your procurement.

What does the sourcing fee cover?
The sourcing fee covers our team's research on your request: finding suppliers, checking options and reporting back with findings. The current fee is shown in the app before you submit. Goods, shipping and procurement are paid separately.
Do I have to go ahead with procurement after sourcing?
No. Sourcing and procurement are separate steps. When a sourcing request is completed you can begin procurement, or simply use the findings yourself.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are set in USD or NGN. Where an item has both, you choose. USD charges are displayed in your local currency on the Bachs checkout page; NGN charges are shown and charged in NGN.
How are payments handled?
All payments go through Bachs. A payment is only marked as confirmed once Bachs notifies us, and quotes and payment requests have an expiry time that is shown to you.
Can you ship to my country?
We serve customers globally. You can let Brave handle shipping, arrange it yourself by giving us an address, or decide later. Shipping details are confirmed in your request's conversation.
Can you repackage or rebrand products?
Yes, you can ask for repackaging or rebranding when you create a sourcing request. We confirm what is possible with the supplier as part of sourcing.
How do consultations work?
Choose an available 30-minute slot, pick a topic and add some detail, then pay to book. You and our team receive a confirmation email, and we share Google Meet or WhatsApp details for the session.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The mobile app for iOS and Android offers the same features as the web app, using the same account.
